If you want your expectations exceeded this is the place to go. I brought in my top-of-the-line 4-Star trailer with elite living quarters in to repair extensive water damage under the flooring. I was worried about having anyone tear apart my dream trailer but after speaking with Ryan he was already ahead of me in addressing my concerns. When the trailer repairs were finished I was blown away by their work. The trailer looked better than before they took it apart if that’s is even possible. The technicians are exceptional at their craft with an eye for detail. I had taken my trailer to three different shops for an evaluation prior to bringing it to Northwest Coach and everyone said that the walls, ceiling, shower, and cabinetry would all be damaged in some way or another and would not fit back into place the way they originally installed. That was not the case with Northwest Coach. You can’t even tell anything was taken apart (and my trailer was gutted) as every detail is pristine. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I will continue to take all my trailers here from now on and recommend them to everyone I know.

Northwest Coach was able to provide us (The Department of Ecology/Air Program) with work on our trailer modifications that was outstanding. It exceeded our expectations. We seem to always be outside the box with our needs, nothing we do falls within the normal guidelines. We bought the trailer un-insulated and unwired for power. No one else would tackle modifying it, we needed to be able to control the inside temperature of this trailer for our equipment and the operators. The quality of work was at the top of the professional level, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
